Introduces laws and guidelines regarding identification of exceptionalities utilizing definitions, characteristics, and etiology within educational contexts through the lens of cultural relevancy and ethics including racial, ethnic, and social diversity. This course examines historical, current cultural, and ethical issues surrounding individuals with exceptionalities.
