The primary focus is on the analysis and evaluation of corporate financial issues and the development of financial decision-making tools and practices used in the decision-making role of a financial manager. Topics include the time value of money, capital budgeting, working capital management, financial statement analysis, cost of capital, capital structure, risk and return, valuation of securities, and financial markets and environments.
