In this course, students will learn the purpose and applications of data warehousing (DW) environment built from multiple data sources for analytical and information processing. DW stores information organized in a unified data model for the purposes of business decision making. An enterprise data warehouse offers an integrated corporate knowledge repository and provides tools for users to gain insights for decision making, based on facts ad not intuition.
