Modern Dance II builds upon the foundation for basic fundamental exercises, techniques, and movement phrases established in Modern Dance I. Dancers practice concepts of proper alignment, perform a series of exercises that condition the body for strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination, and develop a physical and kinesthetic awareness of the elements of space, time, and energy. 0-4-2
