This course is intended to satisfy the mathematics general education requirements for students who are non-science majors, as well as students preparing for the pre-nursing examination. Rather than focusing on one particular topic, this course gives an overview of topics from a variety of areas and fields in mathematics. Topics may include propositional logic, algebraic modeling, Euclidean geometry, graph theory, probability, statistics and/or consumer math. Prerequisite(s): MTH 052, 052A or Placement
