Topics to be explored include: art vocabulary; children's artistic development; art resources, media, materials, tools and techniques; and how these elements are appropriately and authentically incorporated into other content areas. This will provide the prospective educator with the fundamentals for developing an interdisciplinary approach to teaching art across the curriculum.
