  Explores the craft of songwriting. This integrative course combines the combination of melodic and harmonic songwriting theory and the design of lyric-phrasing through collaborative exercises. In addition, various song designs and their applications to popular music styles are examined. This course encourages collaborative exercises integrating different creative talents of its students.
