This physics course is taught at the algebraic level. The students gain a basic understanding of the fundamental principles and applications of classical mechanics and thermodynamics using algebra and trigonometry. Laboratory activities in the coursereinforce the fundamental principles of physics and topics presented in the lecture section. The course is transferable to many four-year institutions.
