A firm understanding of cost accounting concepts will be attained through the use of spreadsheets and enterprise technology. This course is designed for those students who wish to enhance their understanding of management decision-making by performing detailed technical analyses using the Microsoft Office Suite, enterprise technology, and other tools. May be offered in traditional and distance education formats.

Unionism in the United States and comparisons to other countries' systems are explored.

Examines strategies for building and maintaining functional multicultural organizations by reducing turnover, interpersonal and conflict and communication barriers. The course emphasizes workplace equity.
