Applies the knowledge and skills learned in earlier courses into a more in-depth systematic approach to innovation. Additionally, commercialization and monetization of various business ideas will be studied and quantify its risks and benefits and reduce the unknown quantities in the process of creating and realizing. Students will also learn how to visually map the system, measure variation, and analyze system performance to understand opportunities for innovation.
