The information presented is an unofficial guide to how courses may transfer. Other factors to consider are grades received in the courses, the year in which the course was taken, and the major pursued after transfer. In all instances, final decisions about acceptance of course credit will be made by Bucks County Community College.

If you complete the following at Albright College:

  • Continuation of SPA 201 or SPA 203. This course explores more complex communicative strategies, grammar, and vocabulary necessary for advanced study of the language. It focuses on such tasks as narrating in all tenses, advising/persuading, and giving a supported opinion. It continues in-depth analysis of the cultures of the Spanish speaking world through a variety of materials and emphasizes the development of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Conducted in Spanish, except for clarification of grammar and culture. Four class meetings per week. Prerequisite: SPA 201 or SPA 203

You may receive up to 3.00 credits at Bucks County Community College:

  • A continuation of SPAN201, this course reviews more basic essentials of vocabulary and grammatical constructions and presents constructions not yet studied. The course provides additional material for a solid foundation in conversation and composition. Emphasis continues to be placed on knowledge and appreciation of the cultural backgrounds of Spanish-speaking countries.
