Provides a comprehensive knowledge base, practical skills training and field experience for a currently licensed Registered Nurse to become a competent entry level provider in the Emergency Medical Services Field. This course is designed to enhance the student's already existing professional and clinical experience. Students must have the following pre-requisites before taking this course: PA Nursing License, American Heart Association ??? ACLS Providers, and American Heart Association ??? PALS. Those students who successfully complete our course will be eligible to take the Pennsylvania Department of Health certification exam(s). Prerequisites: PA Nursing License, American Heart Association ??? ACLS Providers, and American Heart Association ??? PALS.
