This course focuses on the study of the form and function of the human eye, enabling students to develop an understanding of the anatomy of the eye. Relevant physiology and function of the eye will also be covered. The actions of diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents will be discussed along with common ocular conditions and diseases. The course will also cover common systemic medications that may affect the eye and vision.
