This course will cover in detail the processing steps used in modifying material properties in nanofabrication. The purpose is to provide hands-on experience across the spectrum of materials modification techniques used in nanofabrication. The emphasis is on learning and using state-of-the-art materials-modification equipment and materials characterization tools in the Nanofabrication Facility clean rooms. Offered at the Nanofabrication facility of Pennsylvania State University, main campus.
