Description:
Nursing care for clients/families experiencing common health alterations across the lifespan in a variety of settings are studied in depth. Students synthesize and integrate knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with nursing practice to develop a plan of care for clients/families to assure the delivery of safe and effective care, to facilitate physiological and psychosocial integrity, and to promote health. Clinical decision making skills and resource management principles are introduced.
