Description:
This course is designed to guide and assist the student in the development of a personal fitness program to help him modify his status of each student will be evaluated from the results of a battery of pre-tests. Based on these assessments, the student will create an individual program of exercise and nutritional behavior adjustments tailored to his needs. Basic concepts of exercise physiology and nutrition will be presented and incorporated into the student’s program.
