This course is designed to supplement Introduction to Accounting (ACC 100) by presenting procedures used throughout the entire accounting cycle, from the point of original entry through the preparation of financial statements. Emphasis is placed on developing a firm foundation of fundamental procedures that will serve as basic preparation for students who elect to challenge advanced accounting courses and as an accounting requisite for students to pursue other majors. 3 credits
