Community College of Philadelphia is an open-admission, associate degree-granting institution that offers more than 70 degree and certificate programs in the arts, business, health care, science and technology, humanities and social and human services.     Transcripts must remain sealed in original envelope from college/university and mailed to CCP Attn: Transfer Credit & Placement Office (MG-17) OR directly from college/university to traneval@ccp.edu.

Transfer Credit Policy

  • Minimum Grade:
    CCP will accept courses in which the grade earned was a C- or better, unless otherwise specified by program requirements.
  • Credits (Min/Max):
    CCP will grant degrees and academic certificates only to students who have earned at least 30 credit hours in residence for a degree and 15 credit hours for an academic certificate. (See Transfer Policy document for further details.)
