The focus of this course is to provide students with information specific to children from Birth through PK. Students will learn to assess and support young children?s literacy, write appropriate activity plans, identify and choose appropriate picture book literature for young children, and integrate children?s literacy skills development and children?s picture book literature with multiple curricular areas.
