This course provides the student a comprehensive understanding of the anatomy, physiology, embryology, and pathophysiological processes of the abdominal region. Specific attention is paid to the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, abdomen vasculature, biliary systems, spleen, body cavities, urinary system, abdominal wall/components, and male pelvis.
Prerequisite:
DXMS100 (C or better) and DXMS101 (C or better)
