Those individuals must complete the three levels in the series, including this course, to be fully prepared for either exam. This course is designed for those individuals who possess basic computer skills including a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows. The course is conducted via remote; teaching two days per week (2 hours each session), for a total of three weeks. Materials are presented in a blended format for a total of 15 hours.

So, students that have completed all three levels and wish to take the Microsoft Office Specialist Expert exam for Word 2019 are fully prepared for this exam. In addition, students who wish build a solid foundation in Word skills to become a power user, or who wish to be taught Word's advanced features before continuing on to more complex document management or Visual Basic Application (VBA) programming topics.
