    Teaches the licensed massage therapist Thai Foot Massage techniques. This course covers the fundamental knowledge of reflexology, Thai traditional medicine and theory, the differences between Thai Foot Massage and other types of reflexology. Upon completion of this course, therapists are prepared to provide clients with a whole new service, as well as 15- and 30-minute session add-ons. Thai Foot massage is a simple yet powerful way of applying reflexology. Therapists need not to be an expert in reflexology to perform this modality and thumbs are preserved because there is no ??thumb walking!?? This class is eligible for seven CEUs.

    Personal Training is a career path in the fitness industry that requires a balance of academic and technical knowledge, clinical skills, manual dexterity, sensitivity and awareness. HACC???s Personal Trainer certificate includes coursework that includes exercise design and instruction. Students have the opportunity to work with the public on exercise activities, strength training and stretching, as well as fitness assessments. Students are taught scope of practice, coaching skills, and professionalism. Taking the nationally certified credentialing exam for personal is also included in this curriculum. Applicant's may register on line and are provided an enrollment package the first night of class. This 316 hour program is completed within 20-weeks. Classes are offered twice a week along with 8 hours of study through Virtual Learning. This program is offered at the Harrisburg Campus.
