    Assist individuals with their weight-loss goals through a new "manner of living" that centers upon moderation in eating and exercise, as well as through employing new methods to manage stress. Based upon the book "Gaining Lightness", this course presents an approach to weight-loss beyond the typical "restriction and losing" tactics. Students are guided into deeper levels of consciousness, accessing the subconscious mind, to find possible root causes of their weight issues. Self-paced exploration into individual personal energy systems (chakras) is conducted to help students identify their own personal "triggers" and propensities towards weight gain so that they may ultimately achieve and maintain their weight goals.

This 30 hour course teaches participants the role a palliative caregiver plays during this time, as well as the hospice philosophy of care and support. Individuals are ready to sit for the National End of Life Doula (NELD) certification exam after completing this course. Also, this training meets and exceeds the recommendations and guidelines put forth by the Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and the training recommendations offered by The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO). Participants in this course must be over 18 years old.

    Presents mindfulness-based skills to a Licensed Massage Therapist, which can help potentiate their therapeutic competence by incorporating techniques based on Tragerwork principles. This course allows the therapist an opportunity to engage in guided practice under supervision. Application of such skills aims to stimulate the brain's neuroplasticity, introduce new neural sensory information, and activate positive neuromuscular changes in clients.
