The information presented is an unofficial guide to how courses may transfer.   • An introduction to the basic principles of economics, with emphasis upon macroeconomic theory and analysis. Among topics considered are the scope and nature of economics, ideology and structure of the American economy, national income and employment theory, business fluctuations, money and banking, fiscal and monetary policies, and economic growth.

  • In this course, students areintroduced to the economic principles as applied to the economy as a whole. Topics include national income accounting, aggregate demand and supply, fiscal and monetary policy, economic growth and international trade.
