The information presented is an unofficial guide to how courses may transfer. If you complete the following at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College:

  • 3 hours. Prerequisite: ENGL 1101 with a grade of "C" or better. English 1102 is a composition course in which literature is used as a basis for argument and which emphasizes analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of a variety of texts. The course promotes academic writing and incorporates advanced research methods, including capability in electronic resources and documentation. Fall, Spring, Summer.

You may receive up to 3.00 credits at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania:

  • (I) a review of the basic English language skills, together with extensive experience in reading and writing expository essays. (II): extension of the skills and techniques of ENG 023, with emphasis on writing critical analyses. ENG 023 is a prerequisite for all upper-division writing courses except ENG 231. Unless the high school record indicates unusual proficiency in writing, students are to take English 023 during their freshman year. (The University Writing Center, staffed by trained peer tutors and faculty volunteers, is open daily to any students desiring assistance in developing their writing skills.)Previously offered as ENG 002.
