Presents practical information designed to empower students to develop life-long strategies for managing stress. This course provides students with opportunities to explore a variety of relaxation techniques, such as meditation, yoga, t'ai chi, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery. Students participate in physical activity and exercise. The course also emphasizes the role of proper nutrition, regular physical activity, and physical fitness to create a balanced lifestyle.
