Continues the clinical experience conducted in MLT 226. Students obtain direct supervision of clinical laboratory skills application at affiliated hospitals or health-care agencies. Students gain experience working in a variety of laboratory areas. Enrollment is restricted to students in the Medical Laboratory Technician AS program. Non-majors need permission of the Program Director. A course fee is required. Prerequisite: MLT 226 and 230 with grades of C or higher.
