Provides students with an overview of congenital heart disease in both pediatric and adult populations. The course includes a review of embryology, acyanotic and cyanotic defects, and corrective interventional and surgical procedures. Enrollment is restricted to students in the Cardiovascular Invasive Technology AS program. Prerequisite: CVT 213 with a C or higher. Corequisite: CVT 214 and 215.
