Students will identify personal stressors and stress responses. Course emphasizes a holistic approach to managing stress, adopting effective coping mechanisms, and practicing relaxation techniques. Students will develop a stress management plan, lifelong skills to promote health, and an understanding of the impact of stress on personal health and future client health.
