The emphasis is on using the nursing process with greater depth in assessment, analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The student will be given the opportunity to continue to administer medications as an integral part of nursing care with increased responsibility for intravenous medications. The student will be caring for an increased number of clients. Opportunities to develop more skill and speed in the implementation phase will be provided. 2-6-4
