Description:
This course introduces students to basic software techniques of 3D modeling. Various approaches to solid modeling formats and preparing CAD data for applications in manufacturing will be explored. Digital outputs will be implemented in finished CAD design through the use of hardware such as: CNC router, laser cutter, and 3D printer.
