Introductory to intermediate study using Macromedia Freehand for the creation of object oriented illustrations for print, multimedia and Web pages/sites. Includes drawing, design, color skills and preparing files for inclusion in other programs with emphasis on color matching. Technical concerns, compatibility across Macintosh and Windows platforms, aesthetic and legal issues for digital arts, and emerging technologies are explored.
