This course is designed for current or aspiring educational leaders and focuses on developing the foundational knowledge needed for leadership of online learning organizations. The course will address three components: (1) developing a mission, vision, and core values for an online program or organization that will promote student well-being and academic success; (2) the ethical and professional norms considerations for leaders in the online environment; and (3) the implementation of culturally responsive leadership to promote academic success and student well-being.
