Deals with the regulatory and managerial environment within which the bank manager operates. Concerned with the regulatory framework which controls the balance sheet policies of a bank as well as branching and merger activity. Other selected advanced topics of bank management, such as the management of deposits and capital adequacy, the bank's balance sheet, assets, and liquidity, are addressed. If prerequisite courses are not met department chair approval is required. This class is not available for graduate credit.
