Expands on military leadership and managerial skills development and sets the conditions for cadets to lead at a small organizational level. MS III Cadets assess their goals, adapt and refine procedures for goal attainment. Cadets learn to plan, coordinate and execute military tactics in preparation for Cadet Summer Training, which fine-tunes and hones their skills and proficiencies to become Commissioned Officers in the United States Army. Meets three hours per week plus a two hour lab on Thursdays, and one weekend field training exercise. Offers a wide range of Military tactics and technique training opportunities, both on and off-campus.
