Description:
This course serves as an introduction to digital imaging using Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), colloquially known as drones, through hands-on demonstration, flight training, and classroom instruction, students will learn to operate drones. Emphasis is placed on safety, equipment selection, flying, and preparing to take the FAA UAG exam, a requirement to fly UAS commercially. Students will also be introduced to the wide range of professional and artistic applications available to UAS pilots. Additional Course Fees: $85.
