Physical Assessment & Application of Nursing Process. This course provides the students with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform a comprehensive health assessment utilizing history taking, inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. Theoretical and laboratory experiences will provide students the abilities to implement assessment strategies, as well as expected assessment findings, frequently seen variations from expected assessments, and how cultural differences can impact assessment and findings.
