This course provides an opportunity to integrate theory and practice through a practicum experience in nursing professional development. Focus is on the role of the nurse educator and the learning environment. Seminars will be conducted to discuss current topics related to nursing professional development. The students will be guided in the practicum by preceptors who are nurse educators in a professional development role.
