Introduction to the design theory of practical, simple, and complex control systems and identification of the control hardware components necessary to meet specific control parameters. Students develop an understanding of electric and electronic, pneumatic, and fluidic controls and control systems and the air conditioning systems to which they are applied. Prerequisite: HVAC 101, HVAC 105, and HVAC 109; or permission of the Discipline Lead.
