This course covers the topics taught in the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ cybersecurity classes in one bundle. CompTIA A+ prepares students who have basic computer user skills and are interested in obtaining a job as an entry-level IT technician. This course teaches students core technologies from security to cloud to data management and perform critical IT support tasks. This course also prepares students who are seeking the CompTIA A+ certification and who want to prepare for the CompTIA A+ 220-1101 (Core 1) Certification Exam and the CompTIA A+ 220-1102 (Core 2) Certification Exam. CompTIA Network+ certification (Exam N10-008) prepares students to support networks on any platform. CompTIA Network+ teaches the technical skills needed to securely establish, maintain and troubleshoot the essential networks. This exam will certify that the student has the important knowledge and skills necessary to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate and configure basic network infrastructure, describe network technologies, basic design principles and adhere to wiring standards and use testing tools. CompTIA Security+ (Exam SY0-601) -5601) Enhances the students??? knowledge and professional experience with computer hardware, operating systems, and networks as you acquire the specific skills required to implement basic security services on any type of computer network. This certification validates the baseline skills necessary to perform core security functions and pursue an IT security career. This class is a virtual class that requires students to log in during scheduled class times. Students will be contacted with login information prior to the first class.
