This is an intermediate level course for learning piano tuning. The primary focus of this course is to learn techniques and procedures for proper tuning of pianos using musical industry approved methods. Emphasis is placed upon ear-training for aural tuning and the correct use of electronic tuning aides. Recognition of the various factors that affect pitch stability and tuning durability are presented.
