The course emphasizes professional communication in the fields of business, law, and medicine. Russian language is taught in its cultural contexts, including history, culture, diversity, and comparison with studentsn++ native cultures. The course develops communicative language proficiency at the Intermediate-Mid and Intermediate-High sublevels (according to ACTFL proficiency scale).
