Integrate and demonstrate competence in several areas including care of critically ill patients, floor therapy, endotracheal intubations, arterial blood gas and pulmonary function labs, and assisting physicians with bronchoscopy. Speciality rotations include neonatal ICU, PICU, and physician rounds. The student will develop behaviors consistent with professional expectations of the registered respiratory therapist.
