Analyze human rights in the international political system, including contemporary debates, principles of humanitarian intervention, problem of human rights enforcement, networks of activists and organizations, and effective transnational advocacy campaigns; assess the record of states and international organizations to uphold and protect basic human rights; plan, coordinate, and execute an advocacy campaign on behalf of a persecuted scholar(s) identified through the universityn++s affiliation with Scholars at Risk (SAR).
