Focuses on synthesizing and using managerial principles, organizational behavior, management information systems and financial accounting related to the ongoing transformation of healthcare delivery. The practicum experience within this course is the application of theoretical and practical knowledge for nurse leaders to enumerate the elements of leadership in contemporary, complex organizations.
