Provides students with opportunities to focus on the importance of wellness, and the associated wellness models and competencies, within the profession of counseling. Students will become familiar with holistic approaches for integrating the mind, body ,and spirit in order to optimize health and well-being. This integrative counseling approach is aimed at helping individuals live fuller, more purposeful, and meaningful lives through a strength-based approach to care.
