Explores clinical consideration and hearing aid fitting practices. The students will learn to select and apply prescription methods and acoustic modifications in fitting hearing aids. The methods to evaluate, select, and fit hearing aids for adults and children will be presented. Appropriate verification of device gain and methods to assess benefit of bilateral vs monaural amplification will be explained.
