Description:
Examines the skills necessary for a leadership role in a team that is co-located (team members in one location), "virtual" (using online tools and other systems to bring a team separated by distance, time, and culture), or "blended' (using a combination of both). Students will develop proficiency in the concepts and skills to deal with unique issues in team communication, relationship building, collaboration, and crisis management. Students will explore models for building teamwork and accountability.
