Engage in and explore fabric dye methods and design techniques on a variety of 100% natural fabrics. Course content includes, but is not limited to: Serti silk painting; Japanese Shibori; color removal; sustainable resist techniques; direct application; Deconstructed Screen and photo silk screen printing using fiber reactive dyes. Studio sessions include extended interaction with dye materials and methods, group and individual critiques, demonstrations and lecture.GC
