It is concerned with managerial decisions and actions that affect the performance and survival of sport industry organizations. It will focus on the theories of strategic management and their applicability to the sport industry, including strategic planning, decision making, implementation and controlling processes, understanding organizational effectiveness, and environmental analysis.
